Learn it. The 48-page book is a mini- training course within itself, which can be self-taught. The book is available to everyone and is a good reference to keep in your First Aid Kit.

Teach it. The Instructor Kit as an Instructor Manual, a detailed lesson plan, teaching materials, forms, visual aids, and Instructor Guide which anyone can use, and a new 60-slide PowerPoint presentation. More about the PowerPoint presentation.
