A user is anyone who uses the information of Disaster First Aid-When 911 Can’t Come, whether to teach the course or simply to use the book or course for self learning. The definition of a DFA user includes readers, DFA Subscribers, DFA Members, Instructors & Assistant Instructors and others hired or contracted by a Disaster First Aid Training Center, Subscriber or Member, and any individual or organization presenting or sponsoring a class or classes in this course. All Users are entitled to access this material for their own personal or professional use. They are not allowed to claim affiliation with Disaster First Aid İand not permitted to copy, reproduce, or reprint any part of the Disaster First Aid Handbook or other course-related materials. Requests for permission to quote or reprint excerpts should be directed to “Publisher” and sent to disasterfirstaid@earthlink.net. |

Anyone who has purchased the Disaster First Aid Instructor Kitİ of Teaching Materials and Instructor Manual shall be considered a Subscriber to the Disaster First Aid Training Systemİ. Subscribers are entitled to teach the course in good faith and in full, as it is written and without changes, additions, or deletions. |

You become a Subscriber to the Disaster First Aidİ Training System, and you get a very complete, comprehensive, copyrighted training program and integrated system that is designed for disaster from the ground up - not just another ordinary first aid course with a disaster "spin."
