In Disaster First Aid you learn the most essential knowledge and skills that can save lives and limbs – Simple but important things any ordinary citizen can do.
The User Agreement

This simply means, in plain words, that you are an end-user of a product (Disaster First Aid, the course and materials).

Just like the purchaser of any other copyrighted product, whether physical or "intellectual property" (as books, music, computer programs & applications are called in Legal language) you can't just take it or part of it and rename it or repackage it and sell it as your own. (Believe it or not, some people do try to do this.)

For example, if you bought a copy of Microsoft Office, and decided to make copies of it or a part of it (say, PowerPoint) and you called it "Joe's Slide Presentation Program" and advertised, sold, leased, or gave away the use of it, to customers or anyone else, that would be violation of copyright law.

Same thing with this Disaster First Aidİ Program. That's why we have had to add this user contract agreement to our website, to avoid intentional theft, or theft out of ignorance of the law.

This agreement is legally binding, but as long as you don't break the copyright laws, plagiarize, or defraud, this contract/agreement will have no negative effect on you whatever.
